You will receive an order receipt via e-mail when the booking is completed, then tickets and hotel information will be sent via e-mail about 3-4 weeks before the event. If your event is close in time, all documents will of course be sent to you before departure. Please note that the times are approximate and that sometimes it may take longer.

An order receipt is automatically sent via email when the booking has been completed. If the order receipt does not arrive, it may end up in the junk mail in some cases. If you don’t find it there either, email our customer service at support@combinr.io

There is no right of cancellation on your booking. If something has gone wrong with your booking, e.g. date or number of people, contact support@combinr.io immediately and we will do everything we can to help you.

The invoice is sent to your specified email address from SVEA Bank AB. If you can’t find the invoice, it can in some cases get stuck in the junk mail.

From 1/11 a total bag ban applies at major public events, this applies to all types of bags regardless of size. This also includes plastic bags, clear and covered. The ban does not apply to all events, but we recommend everyone to leave the bag at home.

We guarantee that all bookings for 2 & 3 people can sit in a row and that no seats are single seats. When buying for a larger party, the seats can be divided into, for example, 2+2 if there are no seats for the party in a row, but we guarantee that no one has to sit alone (in most cases, the whole party sits together). This applies unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.

Yes. You will find hotels, prices and availability after you’ve selected your prefered event date and tickets.

If you wish to book several single rooms, you need to contact us at support@combinr.io

We cooperate with SVEA Bank AB and offer several options for payment:
For customers in Sweden: Card, Swish, Invoice, Installment.
For customers in other countries: Card.

Customers from Sweden have the option to pay their invoice in part. The partial payment options are available at the checkout and apply according to SVEA Bank AB’s partial payment terms. For customers from other countries, only card payment is currently available.

The Travel Guarantee Act (Resegarantilagen) protects travelers who have purchased a package tour. The travel guarantee means that the companies that arrange and sell package tours must provide security with the Kammarkollegiet. If the tour operator cannot carry out the trip for any reason, e.g. in the event of a bankruptcy, this security is used to provide compensation to affected travelers. The travelers apply for compensation at the Travel Guarantee Board. Before buying a package tour, you can check with the Kammarkollegiet that the travel organizer has provided security in accordance with the Travel Guarantee Act (Resegarantilagen).

 

In the following situations, the Travel Guarantee Act (Resegarantilagen) applies:
1. A package trip is canceled before departure from Sweden.
2. Home transport due to not completed package journey.
